Terms of Service

OfferUnlock is operated by Tajalys Inc. (Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada). It provides two things:

• A free market estimate: you enter an offer, and the tool calculates an estimated market range based on public data. This runs in your browser and is free to use.
• A paid negotiation script ($39, one-time): a set of written scripts and guidance to help you negotiate a job offer, unlocked after payment.

The paid product is a one-time purchase of $39 USD (not a subscription). It gives you access to the negotiation scripts corresponding to your offer's market position. Access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed, and a recovery link is emailed to you so you can return to your scripts for 90 days.

There is no recurring billing. You will not be charged again unless you make a new, separate purchase.

The negotiation script is a digital product delivered instantly. Because the full content is unlocked and accessible the moment your payment is confirmed, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once the script has been unlocked.

The one exception: if a technical problem prevented you from accessing the content you paid for, and we cannot resolve it, we will refund you in full. Email support@offerunlock.app within 14 days of your purchase, describing the issue, and we'll make it right.

The scripts are general guidance based on established negotiation principles. They are not personalized advice, and they do not guarantee any specific outcome.

• We do not guarantee that using the scripts will increase your offer, change an employer's decision, or produce any particular result.
• The market estimate is calibrated from public sources and is an approximation, not a precise valuation. See our methodology page for how it's built and its limits.
• Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice. For questions about an equity grant, a contract clause, or tax implications, consult a qualified professional.

The paid content is licensed for your personal use. You may use it to negotiate your own offers. Please don't resell, republish, or redistribute the scripts, in whole or in part.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tajalys Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of OfferUnlock. Our total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it ($39).

You use the product and the scripts at your own discretion and responsibility, including any decision to accept, decline, or negotiate a job offer.

We may update these terms over time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will apply to purchases made after the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the applicable laws of Canada.
